Except in the case of force majeure, in the unlikely event RMTTL needs to reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, for example low number of registrations for a course, the student will be informed of the new dates and any change of location. Should the course be cancelled any course fees paid by students will be refunded in full. No liability is accepted by RMTTL for participant’s travel costs, cancellation charges for hotels etc. that might occur in these circumstances. If you wish to safe guard your travel and accommodation costs we suggest you take out appropriate insurance. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for any online workshop or in person intensive, workshop or residential. If the student is participating in an intensive abroad, the student is responsible to purchase their own travel insurance. If you wish to safeguard your course fee please take out appropriate insurance.
