We have just returned from the Costa Blanca, Spain, for our annual summer Residential Intensive. It seems everyone that attended is keen to go back next year too – so watch this space as they say.

Our theme was “The Deep Heart” and throughout the retreat everyone had the opportunity to deeply connect with the depth of this unique somatic bodywork, while enjoying relaxed time together, delicious nourishing vegan food, in the most beautiful surroundings, with time to simply be. Whether walking along the coastline, swimming in the sea, relaxing on the beach, cycling through the local scenery or just soaking up the warmth of the Spanish sunshine, every moment offered space to slow down, and reconnect with what truly liberates, enlivens, and restores us.

It was a truly healing experience—one of learning, connection, laughter, and renewal. We are so grateful to everyone who joined us and helped create such a supportive and inspiring community.

We now really can’t wait to return and share this beautiful experience again.
