Through the Hands of a Practitioner: Francesca Stutely
This month we caught up with Francesca Stutely, Rosen Method Practitioner
Insights and Reflections
Francesca first discovered the Rosen Method in her twenties, in Berkeley, California, after hearing from a friend that she had had a ‘bodywork where I cried.’ Intrigued to know what it was, Francesca had one session and was hooked. During her session, she herself got in touch with some buried emotions, cried, and felt huge release and relief afterward. It had such a huge impact on her that she decided to stay in Berkeley, study Rosen, and was very fortunate to be in Marion Rosen’s class. She finished her training and became a practitioner in 1994.
Francesca, besides being a fabulous Rosen Practitioner, is also a yoga teacher and NLP practitioner. She sees people from all walks of life, and her clients include doctors, lawyers, athletes, and celebrities—and people simply interested in the mind/body connection and who want a deeper experience of what embodiment can feel like and offer.
