Through the Hands of a Practitioner: Louisa Turner
Insights and Reflections with Louisa Turner
Through the Hands of a Practitioner
Louisa first experienced the Rosen Method while living in Sweden, and later trained to become a practitioner, supervisor and now a teacher.
With 30 years of experience as a state-registered physiotherapist and 20 years working with the Rosen Method, Louisa has developed a profound understanding of the human body and the way unprocessed experiences, thoughts and feelings can affect our musculature—impacting our entire anatomy and well-being.
“My passion lies in teaching ‘Embodied (Living) Anatomy,’ a holistic approach that weaves together my anatomical knowledge with the Rosen principles of embodiment. This powerful fusion enables individuals to tap into their emotional and mental well-being, opening up ease, joy, and freedom in their daily lives. Rosen is a journey of growth, love, and courage, and I feel deeply grateful to offer this nourishing, touch-based bodywork that fosters meaningful connections and transformation.”
Louisa’s passion for teaching Embodied (Living) Anatomy—is at the heart of our 3-Day Living Anatomy Course. This powerful fusion enables individuals to connect with their emotional and mental well-being, opening to more ease, joy and freedom in movement and in their daily lives.
There’s still time to join Louisa for an immersive 3-Day Living Anatomy Workshop and explore the fascinating connections between anatomy, movement, and emotional awareness this April 23rd-25th in North London.
