Through the Hands of a Practitioner: Jane Spilsbury
Insights and Reflections
“In 2010, when I was at a crossroads in my life, suffering from migraines, shoulder and especially neck pain that just didn’t respond to treatment for more than a day or two, I discovered Rosen Method Bodywork. I had no idea what it was, but the tiny brown logo drew me in and hooked me, and it pulled me on to the path that I have followed since.
Rosen has been a powerful tool for change and personal development in my life, as well as in the lives of my clients, and it continues to be so. I find it endlessly fascinating and fruitful. It offers us a way of being in the world, a way of being ourselves, experiencing all of ourselves with more compassion.
I knew I wanted to share this beautiful, gentle work and all it has to offer with others, so I eventually decided to train as a practitioner and a teacher.”
