Ellian Hindle

I was born in Istanbul, but have spent most of my life in London. I went there in 1972 to study physiotherapy but met and married an Englishman in 1975. I now have two children and four grandchildren and live in a small village in Berkshire. I have my Rosen practice there, but I also practice in Istanbul and Bodrum, Turkey.

I had my first Rosen Method session in London in 2005. It was an incredible revelation of how the Rosen touch can reach previously unknown memories and emotions. I didn’t know how this happened, but I was amazed enough to look into it further.

Thus began my long adventure of attending workshops and Intensives in California and the UK. During that time I was lucky enough to meet and train with the founder of Rosen Method, Marion Rosen, as well as many Senior Teachers. Initially, I did this for my own personal development, until one day I was challenged by one of my teachers who asked how I could not be a practitioner and pass on this work, which I loved and believed in so passionately…? So I did.

Rosen Method has changed and enriched my life. It has shown me the way to connect and relate to myself, and to the world around me, in an open and honest way. It is a privilege to be able to show others how this gentle bodywork can help them too.
