As a Senior Rosen teacher, practitioner, and supervisor with first discovery of Rosen in Sweden, 2003, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my practice in Norwich. With 30 years of experience as a state-registered physiotherapist, I’ve developed a profound understanding of the human body.

My passion lies in teaching ‘Embodied (Living) Anatomy,’ a holistic approach that weaves together my anatomical knowledge with the Rosen principles of embodiment. This powerful fusion enables individuals to tap into their emotional and mental well-being, opening up ease, joy, and freedom in their daily lives. Rosen is a journey of growth, love, and courage, and I feel deeply grateful to offer this nourishing, touch-based bodywork that fosters meaningful connections and transformation.
